I wasn’t after a soulless A-to-B machine.
What I wanted was charm, usability, and character — and that’s where the Clubman stood out.
Split rear doors? Slightly weird.
Which is exactly why I love it.

• No built-in rear dashcam — seems like an odd omission

• This model’s already discontinued, RIP Clubman

• And yeah, the exhaust crackles are gone thanks to emissions rules
